The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "

"We like the location of the hotel,the staff was nice but not great, parking situation is not great. They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. They didn’t apologized or cared about our inconvenience."

"There are 2 properties, one is the main hotel, Adastra, and the other is AdHoc which is located a short walk away and has very limited on site facilities. The main Hotel is where I stay and the restaurant/bar is very good. Excellent food and very friendly staff. On my last visit I needed to get to the train station urgently and no taxis were available. "Sauberes Hotel aber das Bett ist nicht akzeptabel. Das Bett sollte erneuert werden, die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern im Internet. Nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt wurde wird einfach noch abgeschlossen.Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für den relativen hohen Preisen. Immerhin sind die Bergbahnen inklusive."

"This rental is a DUMP. The exterior is littered with garbage, old lawn furniture, broken playground equipment, discarded building materials and dead mice. The inside is camped, dark and dirty (our white socks were filthy two seconds after walking around the house). The village of Saxeten, however, is lovely. It is remote, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Many of the homes here are very tidy and well-kept, so this rental seems to be a blight to the community"
