"Great staff! Breakfast was ok, some things not super fresh. The room, regardless of “air conditioning” was very warm in mid September and made it hard to sleep. Wonderful spa! Perfect location."

"We had a comfortable room, with private bath, and lovely view of the village. The breakfast in the morning was good, my cappuccino freshly made, the staff were incredibly solicitous, warm and welcoming. We were transported to/from train station upon arrival and departure, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and quite nice being elevated for expansive views. Thank you for the TLC Falken staff!"

"Our room had probably one of the most spectacular views that we have ever had in any hotel we have stayed in around the world! We stayed in room 304. The room was large and the balcony was great to hang out on and look at the spectacular view. The breakfast was really good and the coffee is excellent! Also the staff is there to help you with questions or assistance, you might need. The one thing you do need to be aware of is the hotel sits about seven minutes walk from the train station, but the hill is a very steep incline! I would say, if you are unable to walk up five flights of stairs without stopping, you should absolutely consider taking a taxi or making arrangements with the hotel shuttle. Taking your luggage up the hill and down the hill is quite a balancing act. Also, the hotel is very close to a grocery store, which is a great place to pick up snacks to enjoy on your balcony after a long day out and about."

"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the overall service. Everything was excellent, but the shuttle service was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay—it was so convenient and made getting around much easier. The view from our room was absolutely incredible, and we loved waking up to it every day. The room was also very clean and well maintained. We used the pool as well. It was small, but the view was beautiful and made it very enjoyable. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Basic amenities, shared bathroom and toilet. Good water supply and hot water available. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier which are easy to use. Just bring own laundry soap and fabric conditioner. The lake view room that we had is a bit small size for 4 guests but it’s okay as we are there only to sleep. The mattress has done its time and I think needs replacing. Stunning views of the lake and surrounding areas from your balcony. We had a chance to swim in the lake, which is just few steps from the hostel. They provide towels but there is a charge if you swap it for a new one. The kitchen is also complete with cutleries, microwave, kettle and free tea and coffee. No oven or gas stove. They have plug adaptors if you need to use some electrical items. The hostel is also 5-10 minutes walk to CLOY pier / Strand hotel for the korean movie filming location. Cleaners are present every morning to clean toilets and empty rooms. Your room key is used to lock doors at night. Free Parking at the back of the hostel. Overall, our stay was good and will recommend the place if you are okay with basic comfort."
