Das Haus bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Um ins Dorfzentrum zu gelangen ist ein Auto von Vorteil..oder auch um Skifahren zu gehen, da man ansonsten eher weit laufen muss. (Haus befindet sich sehr weit oben). Jedoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und angenehm!"

"Our stay at Hotel Mürren Palace was truly unforgettable.The location is breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning Swiss Alps, with incredible views that make every moment feel magical. Our luxury suite with a hot tub was another outstanding highlight.The suite was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and filled with lovely details, including beautiful dishes and elegant touches throughout.It felt luxurious, comfortable, and very special. A special thank you to Petra at the front desk for her warm, kind, and professional hospitality. She had a great impression. was always smiling, handled every request with ease, and solved any problems quickly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The housekeeping team was also wonderfull.They were so kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and they kept the suite spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and lunch was also very enjoyable.A special thank you to Leda, who was incredibly helpful, lovely, and attentive during breakfast and lunch\. Her warm service made every meal even more pleasant Another unforgettable highlight was the wonderful **violin team**Their beautiful performances created an elegant and magical atmosphere that truly made us feel like we were staying in a real palace\. From the outstanding service and luxurious suite to the amazing location, fantastic food, spotless cleanliness, and unforgettable ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations.Highly recommended.we cannot wait to return!"

"This hotel was reasonably priced in comparison to others we stayed at in Lucerne and Zurich. The views from the room balcony were impeccable and the alps are stunning. The staff were very kind and gave us help as needed. Breakfast offered some good options and seemed on par with other options around town. The hotel offered a large breakfast/picnic area and lobby where you can get drinks and the tea is complimentary! Two things I think you should be aware of prior to arriving: 1) the space is small, we felt crowded with bringing two carry ons and one checked bag and 2) there is no AC (most places we visited in grindelwald did not seem to have it) so windows will have to stay open at night for air circulation. This was a big deal for us as we are sensitive to heat and also there was a music festival down the street one night and a movie playing on the street another. Overall, I would recommend this place for impeccable views and the friendly staff! Thanks for a lovely stay"

"The room was clean, sparse furnishings and very small bathroom. We had a back of the hotel room, so the view was amazing. But could hear the church bells toll every hour and half hour throughout the night so ear foam plugs are a must. Check in and out and key system was a breeze. Location great, right across from a small playground which was super helpful with our grandson."
