Located on the north shore of Oneida Lake in Bernhards Bay. The Sandbar Grill is nearby, Sylvan Beach’s amusement park and sandy shore are about 25 minutes away, and Syracuse and Turning Stone Resort Casino are both under an hour’s drive.

You`ll have the entire house to yourself during your stay, including:

➢ All 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and workspace
➢ Laundry area with washer dryer
➢ Lakeview deck and backyard
➢ Private dock and lake frontage
➢ Fire pit and BBQ grill
➢ Free parking on premises

**Please note that the dock and boat hoist are seasonal and typically only available from late May-September

● No pets, please. Service animals are always welcome.

● If anything gets broken or damaged, please let us know right away. Accidents happen, and telling us early helps us get things fixed for the next guest.
