"The place was Very Clean, site well maintained. Room was Spotless and very well set up. Great Air Conditioning as it was very hot. Would definitely rent there again."

"Room was small but clean. However it didn’t have a refrigerator which I really want,but a room with a fridge was another $55, which I thought was excessive. To add insult to injury, they also didn’t provide ice which would have e enabled me to keep food somewhat cool."

"The hotel is easy to find, and walking distance to town. Where you can find a lot of place to eat and hang out. Also the small town in the area is pretty cool to visit and to check the stores. Over all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. Definitely will recommend to family and friends."

"This was a perfect location for our stay in Winthrop! The description and the pictures are very accurate - clean, comfy, great location, and everything we needed. We even had complimentary snacks and drinks waiting on us when we arrived. Hosts are very responsive! We highly recommend!!"

"Our stay here was amazing. The location, amenities, and views all made for a wonderful time to explore the area. The ladder up to the loft is steep but very sturdy with a good handrail. The open layout is very calming. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Labeled drawers and cabinets made it easy to find our way around. The great view and awesome porch make it an ideal place to stay."
Sunflower Resort Balsam Cabin is in the the ultra quiet Winthrop South community, with a 10 minute walk to downtown on the pedestrian trail.

"The Balsam cabin was great! Good location, very close to downtown as well as gas and groceries. Very comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The highlight was the bathtub! A long soak after a day of hiking felt fantastic!"
