A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. The toilet was in a room no bigger than a cupboard with a large immersion heater directly over the toilet seat."

I checked with the owner as one of the bed duvets was missing and he told me to forego the inventory taking . Also, the listing does not stipulate needing bed linens and towels . I guess that they don't get many North American renters who are unaware that this is common tradition, This posed a problem as we found out only the week before and we were already in France....
