"Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"Special hotel right in the heart of Berncastle, rooms are very spacious, lovely bathroom and a fabulous breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mosel. Staff were attentive and there is on site parking for just 8 Euros a day. Super convenient, out of the door and you are bang in the middle of the beautiful Berncastle. Will be back for sure."

"I called to tell I will arrive late. They told me they will leave me the key in the reception because after 6pm nobody is there. I arrived at 11PM and the key was not there. And nobody came. And we needed to leave at that time to another hotel...."

"What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value.
