"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"We had just a one-night stay at the property. It was a little difficult to find, but can't get any more central to Bratislava than this property - right by St. Michel's gate. So, walkable to everything. Our particular room was way at the back of the property, so with the windows closed it was very quiet. Staff was welcoming. Bottles of water were a nice gift. Would stay there again if we come back. "
