"The room was clean, large and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great. Check in was clunky at best. It’s self-check in and you have to make your own keys. Which is fine but their equipment wasn’t setup/plugged in the lobby and the employee just watched us struggle and never offered to help which was odd. We actually assumed they maybe didn’t work there since they never acknowledged us at all or offered to help but later found out they did indeed work for the hotel. We found a second setup station elsewhere in the hallway which was installed and in working order and were able to get the keys. The hotel is a little outside of the main city center but easy access to public transportation. There’s a bakery downstairs but not much else in the way of dinning in the immediate area. The tv only has local channels which isn’t a big deal but also would’ve been nice to have access to Netflix’s or something for the kids in the evenings. "

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a delux king room with a bed added for our son. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We found the fridge and the Lidl next door very convenient. The beds were comfy and the shower excellent. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main station and 15 minutes from Marienplatz and the old town sights. It’s not the best area of Munich but all the big hotels were in this area and it never felt unsafe walking with a child. "

"All good ! Expect room near to elevator because we have a child 4 years old and some times when go back to hotel from morning to night the child sleep in the way and we hug him."

"i booked the hotel for the spa but it was closed during my stay. i re ceived 3 emails from them before arriving and NEVER did they mention the spa would be closed during my week window of staying there. Had i known the spa would be closed i would have definitely went to a hotel which has a spa to use."

"Eden Wolff is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel! Rooms are quiet, cute and clean! The health and wellness area has many amenities from weights, to saunas to massages and more! The staff is absolutely amazing and VERY helpful! Coming from the US and dealing with the language barrier, they were able to help us find places to eat and how to utilize public transportation. The hotel is in an amazing location and close to EVERYTHING! I highly recommend Eden Hotel Wolff and will definitely stay there again on future trips to Munich!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
