A beautiful miniature village, built over the course of decades by Laurence Geiringer, is one of the most amazing and spellbinding things I've seen in my days on the road. It's a glimpse into the past, and a glimpse into Mr. Geiringer's mind.
There is a huge man made lake called Blue Marsh in SE Pennsylvania that has a huge trail system and a beach and so much more, it's a great place to explore.

Verified traveler

Very depressing area, lots of closed businesses. Proximity to Hamburg and Lancaster made it worth it though. Quiet community and low traffic area was nice.
