"Check in was efficient and the gal wished my daughter a happy birthday. When we got to the room there was a little dessert for her and a hand written card which was very thoughtful. The room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. While we were only there 2 nights, we never got a cleaning but it seemed someone came in as the trash can was emptied and the mini fridge was re-stocked, although the water was not. We called and someone came right away. The pool, however, specifically the hot tub, needs work. The tile was all chipped and the jets didn't work. It looked pathetic for such a highly rated hotel such as The Four Seasons. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back."
