They kindly upgraded myself, my daughter and granddaughter and we had no insect issues at all. All the staff are awesome! From reception, house cleaning and kiosk's staff. All lovely . The Kitchen area is limited in what you can prepare as only a toaster kettle fridge and microwave but that suited us. The laundry was handy with a washing machine and dryer we would stay again. "
