"Great stay! Great communication and a beautiful space as it is thoughtfully appointed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a lot of pillows. As it was a spring stay it was a good temperature. But with the beautiful open concept it might be warm in the summer. A great location for our us. "

The only thing I would say is that the tv in the bedroom needs to be changed to a smart tv, it wasn’t usable, and definitely get ready to climb some stairs there is no elevator. So when coming with your baggage or a day of walking get ready for another strenuous activity in climbing these stairs. It was a little warmer and the air conditioning unit was in the main living area so didn’t cool off the back bedrooms as much. The hosts just need to put a little more work into hosting. The entry, locking, and Wi-Fi instructions were not correct. "We chose to stay in a non-hotel area and the Loft Jacques-Cartier apartment was perfect. Very much a neighborhood! Nice place. Super clean. Modern touches inside a historic building. Super comfortable. Parc La Fontaine is 1 block away. Rue Mont Royal just few streets away. Supermarket and convenience store around the corner. Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again! "

"If you are looking to explore Old Montreal this is the perfect location. The loft is beautiful, spacious, and clean. All the beds, including the Murphy bed, are quite comfortable. The host is very responsive and incredibly kind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I do want to note that there are a lot of stairs which may not make the loft accessible for all."
