The photos they used must be 20 years old because nothing looked like that. At first they couldn't find my reservation. My room had not been cleaned. "We arrived at 6pm for Check in & even though there was a note on the door to say it was open, it was locked & no-one came to greet us. The yard was very messy & there were lots of cats everywhere. We left to find more suitable accommodation."
