"Pros: a very basic room, comfortable and clean. Quite. Close to many dining options and shopping. Good breakfast. Easy check out. Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. It worked out fine, but just seemed weird "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured. It is in an excellent location literally 1-2 blocks from the historical sites/neighborhood. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. "

"We stopped here for one night when driving up through France. Really convenient for the autoroute, but still quiet, pleasant, well presented, air conditioned and great food. Would recommend to anyone and we would use again if in the area. 10/10."

"Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel."
