"This is the perfect home to stay at while visiting the area - close to everything you need, so cozy and cute, and of course there's the hot tub! "

"Absolutely amazing hospitality and we are so grateful for our stay!"

"Perfect setup for extended family get-together. Older adults stayed in the rooms upstairs while younger couples had the rooms in the lower level. Ping pong table was great for a little competition, meanwhile the older adults spent several days chatting and putting together puzzles. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Nice location within easy driving to Boulder, as we spent an evening at the CU Shakespeare Festival. Overall wonderful 5 days (4 nights)."

"The property was conveniently located to areas we wanted to visit nestled in a quiet neighborhood allowing us to get plenty of rest each night of our stay."

"Chad was a great host. Very nice home exactly as depicted in listing. Would absolutely stay again"

"Everything was as described and we loved the location close enough to the center yet still pretty quiet. We appreciated the private parking"

"Gorgeous property!! Very friendly neighbor cat!! Would definitely stay again!!"

"What a charming home! Very nice updating and decor - we found it delightful. Very clean, with comfortable furnishings and the location in Lyons was great for a jumping off place for hiking. Local coffee shop (walking distance) had live music on one morning, and was a welcoming spot with great coffee and bakery items. Communication with our host Petra was excellent. Everything was spelled out and directions were easy to understand. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend! "
