WE ARE LOCATED IN A CLOSED CONDO (BEACH ADDRESS), CAMERA MONITORED AND 24 HOUR GATE. WITHIN CONDOMINIUM WE HAVE BAKERY, SUPERMARKET, PHARMACY, RESTAURANTS, FISHERMAN, PIZZA, SNACK, ICE CREAM ETC.

Excelente condomínio, mas casa necessita de pequenos reparos

Pontos positivos : condomínio excelente, piscina que atendeu as necessidades da família, churrasqueira e área de lazer muito bom e cozinha com utensílios que também nos atendeu. Pontos negativos: televisores antigos com problemas para ligar, sem telas em todas as janelas possibilitando a entrada de muitos insetos na casa, quartos sem tv, tomadas padrões antigos impossibilitando uso de alguns equipamentos.

Tudo o que foi combinado com o Sr. Carlos Peixe foi cumprido. Ele se mostrou prestativo e atencioso em todo o processo. O imovel nos atendeu perfeitamente em nosso objetivo de comemorar em familia nosso aniversario de casamento. Mesmo o tempo não ajudando, nos sentimos muito bem durante todo o periodo de estadia. Segurança e comodidade

A casa é simples mas é limpa e confortável, piscina boa. Fica numa rua tranquila, nos sentimos seguros dentro do condomínio e também na praia. Tem comodidades como padaria, supermercado e restaurante com preços acessíveis. Fui com a família e passamos um ótimo fim de semana. Essa viagem foi inesquecivel, todos gostaram, as crianças adoraram segurança total, nem parece que estamos no Brasil. uma otima casa arejada e epaçosa ficamos bem acomodados, a piscina muito boa e limpa nos divertimos, em breve voltaremos. A viagem foi muito tranquila. Em relação à casa, é muito boa mesmo, bem gostosa, a piscina é boa, a praia é também muito gostosa de se curtir e limpa. O condominio é bom e até o transporte dentro do condominio é bom. Nós gostamos muito da casa, do ambiente e aconselhamos a todos para se hospedarem em seu imóvel.
