"Very nice inside. Our only complaint would be that someone should possibly blowoff the front entryways from the tree debris…it gets tracked into the apartment every time you go in."

"We absolutely loved this place. The history of the building was fun and the redo was gorgeous. The hosts had thought of everything. When us old folks had trouble getting the TV on the station we wanted to watch a sports event, Marian, the manager, was there within minutes. We are looking forward to staying many more times. Florence was right outside our door and don’t miss shopping or eating there. Everything was better than advertised."

"I stayed four nights in the Casita. It’s just as described. For me, it’s all about, is it clean? The Casita was clean. Everything works in the unit. it’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and parking is handy. I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again."

"Great little lake house which was just perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting Austin. Although the lake was low, it was still beautiful and relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by. The house had everything you would need including a comfortable bed! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Austin."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. The coziest little tiny house perfect for a couple retreat with your spouse. The bed is so comfortable, the mini fridge is stocked with beverages and there is an assortment of snacks. The sweetest mason jar firefly lights to take home was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Had to reach out to manager on the day of our arrival as I had not received check in information. A quick response was provided. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom had not been fully cleaned with soap drips on shower floor and hair in sink. Only 2 stained bath towels and 1 washcloth were provided. Kim was quick to respond and make things right. The bathroom situation was made right the next morning and all was good."

"My family stayed here for the weekend of the Mellow Tejas Trail Race at Pace Bend Park. The only thing we didn't have was a boat to take us across the river to the event :) Our Host was great; very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean and a much better option than staying in a hotel. The property has well-kept pools, a nice gym, and views of the river and surrounding area. Our 13-year-old daughter wants to come back to stay for her birthday!"

"I simply cannot think of one negative about this property. If you have a group of 10-12 people and want to make a trip to Lake Travis AND not be far from downtown Austin, this is THE place to rent. Incredible outdoor area, plenty of space to sleep around the house, half mile walk to large marina where most boat rentals are, nearby grocery, etc etc. 10/10 you will not be disappointed. Host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with as well."

"This host is super sweet. We had a small issue when we arrived, but she took care of it right away. The house was nice, area was nice. I would certainly stay there again. The only negative thing I have about the entire house is the beds aren't very comfortable, but other than that, it was great!"
