"The property is ok and clean, location has good access to downtown and the main places. Wifi did not operate the first day. The owner charged us 46 euros extra because of "flooding bathroom and broken outlet" which we don't recognize. "My family and I recently stayed at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague for our vacation, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! This hotel is a true gem, offering everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, with excellent transport connectivity that made getting around Prague a breeze. We had easy access to all the key tourist attractions, including the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle, which were just a short walk or quick tram ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone in our family. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague, whether for a short getaway or an extended stay. "
