"Pros: Einrichtung sah recht neu und sauber aus. Schön eingerichtet. Betten waren sehr gut zum Schlafen. Insgesamt geräumig. Evtl. Feuchtigkeit im Sommer kein Thema. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältsnis ganz gut. Fernseher in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, wobei die von uns nicht genutzt wurden. Vorhandener Ventilator war in zwei warmen Nächten sehr angenehm. Cons: Bisschen wenig Ablageflächen in der Küche. Internet recht langsam. 3-5 MBit. Garten nicht komplett eingezäunt."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Holger in der Ferienwohnung. Unsere drei Jungs 7,7 und 5 sowie unsere Freunde mit kleinem Mädchen 6 und wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt geschickt in der Nähe zu vielen Ausflugszielen wie Seehundstation in Norddeich oder Strand in Greetsiel... Auch vor Ort konnten wir die Ruhe genießen und alles finden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder."

"Sehr enge Parkplätze und zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, wo es leider immer noch Menschen gibt die sich nicht daran halten und 1 Parkplatz dauerbesetzt war, und man dann noch angebrüllt wird das man ihr den Parkplatz wegnimmt, obwohl da keine Beschriftung auf den Parkplätzen ist welcher Parkplatz zu welcher Wohnung gehört! Desweiteren rief man dann an, weil der TV nicht funktionierte da wurde man dann auch noch lautstark hingewiesen das er funktioniert und man einfach mal versuchen...
