"Cute little cool room just outside of porstmouth nh. Loved the rocking chairs on the farmers porch. There were snacks and refreshments available in the lobby. Very comfortable bed. Didn't expect to be on the 3rd floor, fortunately we were cqpab of taking the stairs. Will definitely go back. "

"The Inn is located at the heart of Ogunquit—close to the ocean, restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect spot to explore Ogunquit on foot. "

"It was a low-frills room but clean, comfortable, and dark enough. Tap water was not delicious, water pressure strange. It was cool staying in a really old inn! I liked the ambiance and had a good night of sleep."

"Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!"

"This place is beautiful! Well kept and very quiet with the exception of the A/C unit that it was loud! The staff was very very friendly and helpful! I had some specific request and they helped me every single time. The restaurant had great food and views of the water. "
