"The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. "Clean modern room, well equipped and great locaton"

"The property was ideally situated for the local shops. Everything we needed was contained within the property and we were extremely comfortable. The parking was a bit tricky but once used to it or was fine. There is scaffolding on the next door building which was the main cause. There was no Internet but I have my own provider so it didn't impact on me, however the pub has wifi next door and upstairs you can pick up the boots wifi!"

"We stayed here for one night en route back to London. The barn flat was immaculate, comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Anna greeted us on arrival and was a charming host. We highly recommend the Churchill Arms for dinner – only a 5-10 minute walk and our meal was excellent. In all, a wonderful experience – we would definitely stay here again."

"Short stay between Christmas and New Year. This was a great location for exploring the new forest with lots of places to eat in Ringwood. Accommodation was very clean and well stocked with everything and lovely little touches. Host was so accommodating and very helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend. "
