Very good value.

Very helpful staff. Room was rather small and supplies of coffee, tea and milk, stingy. Good comfortable bed spacious bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a driving trip through Burgundy. The staff here was exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel itself is charming, and I have to say that the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had on our trip. Also, the hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you want or need to see while visiting Besancon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel welcomed in Besancon.

Very Disappointed

Stayed for two nights, parking was a plus at 15 euro a night, Hotel position was perfect. Breakfast was good The major down side was our room, it was small and so dark and dingy, lighting was dull, we couldn’t open the curtain because we were at street level and the public road and footpath were directly outside. Bathroom was made small, dominated by extra large shower cubicle which left no room for anything else I can only assess my opinion on my room Staff friendly

Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff directed us to a nearby lot which was full the entire stay requiring us to park on a road along the river - perhaps a 5 min walk away. Overall outstanding location and would stay here again.

For once in France a hotel I really liked. Very friendly personnel at reception, the hotel is located just outside the centre with several convenient parking areas nearby. The building is historic and during the renovation it was decided to keep the old atmosphere and mix it with a modern decor. Really nothing to say about a pleasant stay. Reasonable price and in line with what was offered

Wichtig!! Vor Buchung des Hotels bei Anreise mit Auto einen Parkplatz in Textform zusichern lassen. Das Hotel hat kaum Parkplätze. Diese sollte man daher vorher reservieren, was jedoch ins Auge springend nicht erkenn bar ist, da dort von "parking en libre service" gesprochen wird. Die Empfehlungen des Empfangs , wo man dann parken könnte , ist unbrauchbar. Es gibt nur kostenpflichtige auf 3 Stunden begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten, es sei denn man kommt nach 19 Uhr und geht vor 9Uhr, da ist Parken kostenlos, wenn man noch einen Platz findet. Die Stadt kennt wohl das Problem, am Abend steckten viele Tickets an Fahrzeugen und am Morgen liefen uns auch 3 Kontrolleure über den Weg . Schlecht für unsere Anreise gegen 14 Uhr. Über Kosten anderer Parkplätze hatte der Empfamg nach seiner Auskunft keine Ahnung . Wir fühlten uns hier über den Stich gezogen. Das Zimmer selbst war gut mit großem Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage war leider etwas geräuschvoll, das Zimmer hellhörig. Unser Standardzimmer war in der Remise zur Straßenseite gelegen. Nachts ist wenig Verkehr, das Fenster kann geöffnet werden. Ab gegen 6 Uhr morgens rauschen dann Fahrzeuge vorbei , das ist recht laut und dann sollte man das Fenster schließen. Das Hotel liegt nahe des EURvelo 6 Fahrradweges und ist für Radfahrer gut geeignet.

Det er nu 6. gang vi bruger hotellet til overnatning til eller fra bilferie i syd Europa. Super hyggeligt hotel som ligger i gå afstand fra centrum og restauranter. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet i rigtig hyggelige omgivelser, kan klart anbefales.
