Fantastic stay for a family with kids

A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the castle; just cross the street, buy your tickets, and start walking up the hill. The room was clean, shower worked well; was a little surprised that we had to walk up stairs to the loft bedroom, but that's on me for not looking more closely ahead of time. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great value.

Excellent property it is quiet and nice crew

Very clean and nice. Wish we could have stayed longer

We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the...

Nice property and helpful people

The room was cosy, clean and beautifully furnished. We were delighted with the fast internet, so our entertainment was taken care of. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We tasted authentic Slovak dishes that tasted like grandma's. Breakfast was also very tasty and varied enough. We also used the additional services...

Absolute luxury in a perfect location. From top to bottom, every service member is kind and helpful - they are trained to make life easy for guests. That is extremely hard to find these days. Kid's club is great but they can work on supervision and ensuring kids don't go wandering. Other than that, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Well worth the money. I highly recommend.
