Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.

Futuro is the ONLY hotel I stay at when I'm in Bishkek. The services and rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing.

My stay was over 17 days/nights while on business and despite a very heavy and intense work schedule, I could not have had a better and nicer stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. The place was so clean and enjoyable. The food for breakfast was amazing and there’s a lovely dining area where you can enjoy candy cookies, fruit, and coffee and tea anytime

Room was clean but not made up daily

Great breakfast, flexible and friendly staff, decent WiFi, brand new rooms. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room early. Anything we needed, they provided. Great public space to sit and read or relax. All for a very good price.

Hospitality and service are great

After backpacking through Kyrgyzstan and staying in yurts and guest rooms, I wanted to treat myself for the last two nights to some comfort. I selected the Solutel for its price (relative to other four star hotels) and proximity (short walking distance to central train station, money changers, eateries, and Ala Too Square). Breakfast was nice and top floor restaurant has great views of city. Really liked filtered water dispenser in hallways. Wasn’t so hot about instant coffee but they have a real cappuccino maker so you can get real coffee.

Единственное, что немного удивило: около 21:00, находясь в номере, мы слышали шум сверления или какие-то ремонтные работы внутри здания. Возможно, это были технические работы, но для такого времени это показалось необычным и немного нарушало вечерний покой. Хотелось бы, чтобы подобные работы проводились в дневное время.

Very clean affordable hotel in the heart of the city and with everything you need. I found the staff very helpful.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
