"There was extensive roadwork outside the hotel that went on until 7 pm and resumed at 4 am. The room should have been reduced accordingly. Further, there was an overpowering smell of scented spray that kept being reapplied everywhere on the hotel. I was able to air out the room but had to roll up a towel to keep it from entering from under the door. Otherwise, it's a nice place with a river view."

"This hotel is 2 kilometres outside the centre next to a motorway exit so a car is a big advantage but there is an occasional bus into town. There isn't much to do or see in Noyon but the hotel is economical for the area so you can get around from there."
