"I had the unfortunate coincidence to stay at this hostel in two differeny cities: Córdoba and Barcelona. Here is why I will never go back there (Barcelona): 1. Passive staff: the guys hate their job and it is evident; they seldom make eye contact and they are not very disposed to help. The second shift guy was downright rude when I asked plain questions: for example they have a sign for tagging the food in the kitchen, and when I asked him where the tags are he said "we never had that system...

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the Gothic Quarter. The room was clean. One bed was extremely uncomfortable, the other two were not bad. The most amazing thing about this place is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I can truly say they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. "
