"I had asked to be put close to an elevator due to some mobility issues as I was there for medical appointments, and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating… The room was great. The food was nice… Everything seemed to be good thank you."

"Had a wonderful stay because of the friendly service from the staff. I was greeted warmly at check-in. I had a minor problem with the room upon entry I called front desk and they immediately helped me out and switched rooms giving me an upgrade for the trouble. I went to the restaurant that evening to watch Jays game and both bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I went in for a beer but ended up staying for dinner. The housekeeping service was incredible too. I ended up getting a bad head cold and stayed a second night. Housekeeping gave me extra Kleenex and made sure I had enough blankets and said to me if I needed anything else they were just in the hall. I was amazed. Receiving genuine friendly service these days is rare and I had great service from every staff member I encountered. The room rates are budget friendly but the service is 5 star luxury hotel level "
