In the Les Matins Du Sancy residence, a lovely duplex of 52m² that has three bedrooms for a capacity of eight people.

He has a balcony that offers a beautiful view of the Chambourguet. The apartment is composed as follows:
A pleasant living room with an open kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
A first bedroom on the ground floor with two bunk beds that gives access to a bathroom.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a terrace with a small coffee table and two armchairs.
A bathroom upstairs is present with a separate toilet and another.

Baby equipment (high chairs, bathtub, baby bed) are available in the accommodation.
For your winter evenings, a raclette appliance and a fondue appliance are available.
The ground floor terrace is equipped with a table for your evenings or breakfasts.

The key reception and return is done at our Super-Besse office independently with our connected key box.

Options that must be requested during booking:

- Laundry kit including:

* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)

* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)

Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!

End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.

The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Super-Besse agency.

A mandatory deposit of €600 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).
Animals are accepted for an amount of €30 per animal and per stay (limited to 2).
Outdoor parking is non-nominative (no reserved spaces).
A shuttle (only during winter season) at the foot of the residence allows you to go to the station center, which is free and runs every 10 to 15 minutes.

The agency cannot be held responsible in case of pool closure / works / repair (swimming cap mandatory and swimming shorts prohibited).
