L'appartement est très bien situé et très spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le fait de pouvoir se rendre à Super-Besse à pied. On y trouve un max d'activités. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert votre région Béatrice et pour les futurs vacanciers n'hésitez pas. Famille Vimond-Tournier

Appartement très agréable, conforme à l annonce. Bien situé pas très loin du château de murol, lacs pavin, Mont d ore, Vulcania. Béatrice est bienveillante, très disponible pour nous recevoir et est l ecoute pour répondre à nos questions. Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour.
Le séjour s'est agréablement passé. Tout le matériel était disponible (un aspirateur et peut-être un double des clés serait un plus). Les draps étaient les bienvenus car pas la place de les emmener. La localisation me convient car même si un peu éloigné du pied des pistes, il y a d'une part des navettes régulières et je préfère ne pas etre empilé les uns sur les autres. Je connaissais le Bois de la Reine pour avoir loué l'an passé dans un des chalets de la résidence donc j'ai reconduit pour cette année mais dans un appartement du bâtiment principal. La vue est très sympa. Ne sachant pas à quelle heure arriver exactement le système de boite à clés a été très pratique. L'arrivée à l'heure souhaitée nous a permis de ne pas avoir à attendre les clés via l'accueil de la résidence (très long l'an passé), et donc de prendre rapidement possession des liens avant le rush pour ensuite louer les skis. Nous avons pu faire faire un peu de skis au bas des pistes aux enfants ce qui avait été impossible il y a un an. De même pour le départ, nous avons pris un peu plus de temps que prévu notamment pour bien finaliser le ménage, et donc remise des clés dans sa boite sans avoir la pression de terminer à l'heure exacte. C'est appréciable le séjour à presque paru plus long qu'une semaine. Que dire de plus à part que nous avons tous passé un agréable séjour. Les enfants étaient ravis de leurs vacances. Nous espérions louer pour la saison prochaine et nous sommes déçus que l'appartement soit déjà loué. Tant pis. Peut-être une prochaine fois. Petite déception de ne pas avoir pu rencontrer Béatrice. C'est bien aussi pour le propriétaire de savoir à qui il loue notamment pour une éventuelle prochaine fois. Un rapport de confiance peut s'installer et cela peut-être rassurant de part et d'autres. Mais pas de soucis, il n'est pas évident de rester sur place entre le départ des uns et l'arrivée des autres, je peux le comprendre. Encore merci et peut-être à une prochaine fois avec la chance de vous rencontrer.
