Annulation de notre séjour la veille car que nos deux réservation. Déplacement dans un hôtel du même propriétaire sans pouvoir annulé car réservation faite par hotel.com. Un débit sur notre carte le jour du déplacement alors que nous avions demandé de payer sur place.

Séjour décevant

Séjour un peu décevant compte tenu du prix payé. L'hôtel est vieillot, moquette au sol et sur les murs. Des travaux de rafraîchissement sont nécessaires. Toutefois, le personnel est sympa, bon accueil.

Etape d'une nuit : hôtel correct et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Changement de propriétaire le 09/08/2022 : nous pensons qu'il va entreprendre un programme de rénovation globale.

L’hôtel vétuste ne correspond pas du tout à sa description et ne mérite pas une seule étoile. Parking et entrée plongés dans le noir, pas d’ascenseur, ni de restaurant alors que dans la Pub il est mentionné. Salle de bain vieillissante mal agencée, chambre sans confort, installation électrique défectueuse, moquettes usées partout..

Accueil chaleureux. Dîner délicieux. Petit déjeuner copieux. Cet hôtel, réservé à la dernière minute, nous a permis de passer un très agréable WE à la montagne. L'hôtel est ouvert jusqu'à 22h00, donc pas de problème pour les arrivées tardives.

Les coins de la baignoire pas très nettes , les joints jaunâtres , le fond de la cuvette des wc calcaire donc pas net, un peu de fraîcheur à remettre au goût du jour. La chambre dégagée une odeur de manque d aération

Hôtel de montagne

Même si on ne s'attend pas à un très grand confort et espace dans un hôtel pas tant éloigné des pistes, on est déçu sur ces critères. Le coté vétuste est pour autant presque sympathique. Les lits sont très peu confortables. L'accueil très peu personnalisé et chaleureux.

Trois étoiles ??

Cet hôtel ne correspondait pas à un 3 étoiles. Mauvais accueil. Grande chambre sans confort : pas de frigo, une seule chaise pour 2 personnes, baignoire-douche très haute, balcon inutilisable car rien pour s'asseoir, pas de jardin ni banc pour se détendre, tarification plus haute que prévue et livret tarif dans la chambre pas "à jour ", petit déjeuner avec simple tartine (pain blanc) et un croissant par personne, jus de fruits concentré, ... Très mauvaise ambiance du personnel, dispute devant les clients ainsi que réflexion parfois vexante du patron en envers ses clients. Très belle région mais grande déception de l'hôtel.

Nous avons passez une nuit dans cet hotel, pour votre bien ni allez pas, décoration digne des années 70 (vieilles moquettes sur les murs et au sols), odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre, des mouches dans la chambre en plein hiver, des poils dans les draps soit disant propre, des traces noir dans la baignoire, chambre froide et chauffage qui chauffe difficilement (simple vitrage, porte fenêtre laissant passer l'air, condensation sur les vitres), une seule prise électrique dans la chambre. Pour finir, j'ai effectué une réservation via hotel.com et demandé le paiement sur place, le paiement a été effectué sans mon accord a mon arrivé, donc aucune possibilité de payer par chèques vacances a mon départ. En résumé, je déconseille fortement cette hôtel avec un personnel aussi agréable que la chambre.

Confort et prestation d'un deux étoiles, pas plus.

Prestation restaurant RAS Matelas inconfortables, chambres vieillissantes, SDB anciennes. La moquette, les couvertures, draps de lits, rideaux constituent un nid à allergènes.
