This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom non-smoking duplex has cathedral ceilings in the open living area and expansive windows and deck facing Big Powderhorn Mountain. Gas fireplace, updated décor, and fully stocked kitchen. Private indoor sauna, high speed WiFi, large dining room table, breakfast bar and a 47" LCD TV with Disney Plus. No pets. Sleeps 6.

Typically has a shared outdoor hot tub with side 2 of duplex, but it is CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

MLK weekend stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was incredible with few hiccups overall a great stay. We were little disappointed with the hot tub being broken being that we specifically booked a more expensive house with a hot tub, but I am going to be in communication soon about that. Furthermore, when we tried to get into the house the door code didn't work and the number on the email did not pick up so we were scrambling in the cold for a way to get into the house. When we finally reached someone they said that they've been sending the wrong email with the code and that regularly happens. I don't think it's reasonable for this to happen more than twice. On top of this there was extreme weather and had we not checked the instagram for mountain closings we would have been in a world of trouble. So nothing major just a few hospitality critiques. Besides that the cabin was great it was clean, in a great area and the amentities (sauna, TV, wifi) worked wonderfully.
