"The condominium was fine. It was nicely decorated. The issue was the kitchen. The frying pans were all chipped and peeling and they were all a 6 inch size . There was a broil pan in the oven for bacon, but there is no bottom. There were no hot pads. There was no foil or baggies. There were no kitchen towels. "Great 2 BR unit and amenities in a nice location just a couple blocks to North OC beach though far from the Boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The very clean outdoor hot tub was fantastic and just what our tired bones needed! Just make sure maids are always cleaning out bathroom spa tub jets but ZERO issues with cleanliness otherwise.A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!"

"This is a beautiful, clean home that perfectly accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The rooms are large (even the bedrooms!), the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The large dining room table gave us ample seating. We felt very much at home here! Having the pool just a short walk from the house was great. The Delaware Seashore State Park with its beautiful beach and other amenities was a very short drive away. The host, Skip, was very easy to communicate with and he gave us all the information we needed before we arrived. Our whole family loved staying here and we highly recommend it!"

"Clean, spacious and well equipped house with lovely views of the beach. The large covered deck and balconies with comfortable seating made it easy to enjoy the view. Owners and local agent were pleasant to work with and responded quickly to questions and requests. Five bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the sixth is a small room between the two king bedrooms with a day bed suitable for a child. We appreciated the umbrellas, beach chairs and toys provided with the house."
