It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."

End of first week in June and there seemed to be low occupancy in the units around us but it was very very quiet which was very nice!!! I like that this condo is among trees - very pleasant to sit on porch - in shade -and listen to birds. The condo is in the Sea Colony complex - of which we used none of the amenities as we were interested in Delaware State Park...
