Updated Kitchen Appliances! Located near the end of a cul-de-sac, backing up to wooded area, this two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is brightly decorated with modern furnishings throughout and includes several TVs, jetted tub, gas fireplace and full use of single-car garage.

All the comforts of home, including a spacious second floor landing, eat-in kitchen, private screened deck, private sundeck and more.

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer too. No smoking. No pets.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD's, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, wireless Internet. Plus, two bikes (courtesy items not guaranteed)

Comfortable and spacious townhouse

We very much enjoyed our time at this townhouse. It’s very comfortable and spacious. The kids really enjoy the carpeting. The street It’s on is quiet and pretty. The community is a vacation community. There are many pools, beach, tennis and you can rent bikes and use them to get around. My kids love this! There are many types of water sports a short drive away. If you’re looking for a calm, fun and beautiful getaway This is perfect!

Awesome space and great location

Loved all the space in the townhouse and the location in sea colony. Close to the pool and can easily catch the tram to the beach. Property owner was awesome to work with!
