Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi.

Can’t beat the location and the view. 3rd bedroom/den was a plus to have with the whole family there. Seems like there have been some upgrades compared to the pictures. No real complaints.

Location and sea colony

Loved the location and sea colony complex. I have stayed at many condo's from Florida, Delaware, and Maryland. All of them were very clean, stocked with extra things like k cups, some water, paper towels, toilet paper. This condo had a great location. However, it was not clean. We cleaned the floors, bathrooms, kitchen when we got there. The furniture was not moved to clean underneath it. Drawers had crumbs and hair in them. Just not up to the standards we were used to

2019 Sea Colony Stay

The property was clean, bathrooms updated and clean, great updated kitchen, well stocked with pots and pans, dishware. The only flaw was the rug. I realize that its hard to keep a rug clean with so many renters but especially with little kids you want a clean rug. Perhaps tile is a better option.

Nice but outdated

To start, this unit had a great location with a great view of the beach and pools. Overall, it has mostly everything you need however outdated all of those things may be. All of the furniture is perfectly adequate yet mostly uncomfortable. All of the mattresses are well past their prime. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit, but make sure you bring detergent with you because none is provided. The place was mostly clean but we did have to vacuum and do a quick wipe down in the kitchen and bathrooms when we arrived.

Loved The view, easy access to the pools and beach. Loved the kitchen counters. It was great that the kids had the shower instead of the shower being in the master bed room. The wifi and TVs were excellent. All of the sea colony staff were very welcoming and friendly. Fantastic beach experience.
