Great location with amazing ocean view from living room, master bedroom and small balcony. Galley kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Two full baths were clean, bright, with attractive tiled shower. Great location within walking distance of boardwalk, restaurants.

Nice apartment, well decorated and appointed.Doors to one bedroom right off the living room are loved doors — not a solid door — so sound goes right through them, which is a disadvantage.I had to ask Vacasa the same question four times before I got a reply and other communications were unclear in some cases.

We loved our visit! The view was gorgeous and the balcony chairs were perfect! We enjoyed the hot-tub, sauna and pool in the fitness center. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the extra blankets. We will be back!

We’ve come to Sea Colony for ten years now, and this has been our favorite condo! Beautifully updated without feeling too ornate to be comfortable in with our small kids. I was skeptical of the carpet everywhere at first, but it was very comfortable and kept the house clean! Gorgeous view. Master bed is small for a queen but still very comfortable, and the # of kid beds was fantastic.

We loved everything about our stay, especially the easy and convenient access to the pool and beach and the bike trails across the street. Facilities were clean and safe and staff was pleasant. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Tons of family activities - we especially liked the family bon fire. Our unit was clean and comfortable - really liked having a private washer/dryer. Loved the convenience of pharmacies, restaurants, and shops right on the property. And Bethany boardwalk was a short bike ride down the road. Any questions we had were quickly answered via text by vacasa.

The unit was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had necessary equipment for cooking. However, there were no beach chairs or umbrellas available. We were there after Sea Colony closed their beach rental. Even if rentals were available, prices are $242 for 4 chairs & umbrellas for the week. We were only there for 2 days, and our cost would have been $80. Still, I think it unreasonable for owners to expect renters to continue to pay for additional amenities. The $188 required to purchase 4 badges is enough added charges.

We really enjoyed our last minute decision to go to the beach to take advantage of the warm weather in late October. We got there after the check-in office closed and the email that had the late check-in directions was missed because I was driving. I wish they had texted me that information like all the other information was done. Once we figured it out and got into the unit we were greated with a nice clean place and just enough space for our family of four. It was off-season so it seemed like we had the whole complex and beach to ourselves. Ammenities were sufficient. We tried using the dishwasher, but found out it wouldn't latch shut. We reported it and maintenence came to take a look, but ultimately couldn't fix it during our stay. Bedrooms worked for us all. Small note, the queen bed is very soft and not that supportive, if you sleep on a firmer bed, you won't like this one. Overall we had a nice trip and would keep this place in mind for next time.

We’ve been renting at Sea Colony for over 25 years and the look and feel of this apartment went above and beyond all other rentals! And, of course, waking up to the ocean, watching the dolphins at play, is spectacular. Just note that while the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable- not foam thankfully- it felt on the smallish size; not a true queen. But, we all enjoyed thoroughly our stay and we would rent the unit again if available. Such nice touches! Thank you 702 Harbour.
