Property was very clean and seemed to be new, I liked the locked fence and gate around the free hotel guest parking area. The sign on the hotel was not very big and we past it the first time. Suggestion, we arrived after dark and wish we would have gotten food to take back to the room before settling in. We would stay here again!

Everything was perfect! This is either a newish property or a newly remodeled one. Everything was fresh and clean, staff was great and the location is perfect. The room is a good size with a ton and I mean a ton of plug ins for electronics. The lobby has coffee available all day. Overall a perfect stay.

I was reserved about booking at avid hotel as I have never stayed at an Avid before. I must say, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. Checkin/check-out process were a breeze and very accommodating. My room was simple, but yet modern. Eva did an amazing job cleaning the room as It was sparking clean! Pros: Clean, good breakfast options, happy hour drinks. Spacious, allowing our family space to visit. Quiet, even though near airport. Friendly staff. Cons: Some wet areas in atrium lobby, from roof leaks and rain. On my last morning there, my room had leaking window that soaked the carpet in front of the window and left moldy look to it. I told staff about it, and they assured me carpet would be cleaned and window sealed. Overall a good hotel, I'd return there.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was large & clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not a lot of choices, but pretty good food. A few times our toilet didn’t stop running when flushed, but just needed the flap dropped down.

Employees pleasant, room clean, breakfast fine. Minor in room issues, no information packet available about motel services, local area etc. and no information about connecting to Wi-Fi. These were minor issues and overall very pleased with our stay.
