We welcome family reunions, retreats, and micro weddings for up to 29 total attendees when both properties are booked together. Large group gatherings exceeding this limit cannot be accommodated.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
~Rental Agreement, ID & Security Deposit Hold~
This listing has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and the booker’s ID verification. Guests are required to either authorize a refundable temporary $1,200 security deposit hold (not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning), OR opt in for a $75 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.

The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account -- it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots.

~Vacationing With Pets~
* Up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older in each property. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!)
* Pet Fee $200 for up to 2 dogs per property. $400 total if dogs are are present in both properties. For stays of over 10 nights, additional pet cleaning fees may apply due to increased cleaning requirements.
* Pet approval required with proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, and Pet Rules apply.
* Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is included in your booking amount.
* Each property provides a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags.

Guest access
Guess can access both properties entirely. For safety and property protection, guests are required to follow occupancy limit for each house's interior space: 16 for Crimson Hideaway and 13 for 35 Hideaway.

~Check-in and Check-Out~
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a small fee, subject to cleaning schedules. Availability is confirmed the day prior.

~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance.

This home is nestled in the heart of nature. To help keep critters out, please keep doors and windows closed during your stay. Despite regular pest control efforts, occasional encounters with insects or other small pests—indoors or outdoors—may occur. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings.

Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.

For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras and they must remain active at all times.
