"The service desk was super nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as well as the lobby and bar area. We were very pleased and will stay there again!"

"Older property that could use an upgrade...bed was comfy, good tv channel selection...I liked that the desk clerk checked us in 90 minutes earlier then he had to because our room was ready..saved us time to get to the reds game earlier then we would have and beat traffic. Only observation was the tub didn't have any slip guards and was very slippery...overall I would say it served it's purpose for the night"

"The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!"
