Guest Access & Notes
Entire cabin is yours (locked closets and cabinet excluded)

Primary guest must be 25+ and stay onsite
Water is from a natural well – fresh but has a distinct mineral taste. Some guest prefer to bring own water or head to the local spring for filling own bottles ( 5 minute drive)
Cell service is strong; WiFi is the area’s best available (but not ideal for video calls)
Steep dirt driveway – 4WD highly recommended year-round
Driveway plowed and sanded after each snowstorm
No parties, No smoking, Registered guests only
Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Also, there is a pet fee of $50 per dog.
