"Communication with host was excellent. The property looks like it's in the middle of some work, which left some unfinished appearances (outlet covers, spackling/paint, things like that). "The place worked for what we were there for so we honestly didn’t spend a lot of time IN the actual space. We came for the football game with another couple so it was perfect for us. There is only one bathroom but there is a mirror in the one room so we still could get ready and not be on top of each other. The place looks like it’s being upgraded so when it’s finished it will be great. "

"The property is exactly how it's listed. Having off street parking is key. Located two blocks off of a main street where there are tons of restaurants and bars that you can walk to. The house is pretty much a 15 min drive from everywhere you want to go. We were there to tour PITT. Perfect location for getting to campus. It was less than a 10 min drive."
