This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

Our check in went smoothly. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The property is undergoing some renovation; however, no inconvenience or noise. Would return again do to proximity to everything.

"Great room big bed lots of room and comfy, hotel had some period features was pleasant great for town centre and the staff very helpful with advice on parking and helping other geyser finding other newrby places and food available from the bistro part of the premises"

"Fantastic hotel with a beautiful pool and spa area. Delicious restaurant onsite but nothing else around the area. Clean and comfortable rooms and service was friendly and welcoming!"
