"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "エアコン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、皿、コップ、食器用類などは、揃ってます。 問題点としては、シャワーのお湯が出ない、ブラインドカーテンが閉まらない。と故障？が多かった。 シャワーが1番辛かった。スイスの水はかなり冷たいので、夏でも厳しいです。 チェックインは、かなり楽で、生活用品が一式揃ってるところは助かりました。 場所も駅から近くて良いが、一つ先の通りになると、かなり治安が悪いので注意！"

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "
