Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg

The hotel was run down, we checked in went to order a meal and was told the only thing left on the menu was a turkey roast dinner. The spa was a joke. the bedroom, had no working bed side lights or phone charging sockets. the TV did not have BBC!!! Not a good stay. I don't know how the room rate was justified, i feel let down as i use Hotel.com all the time and don't expect to find a hotel as bad as this on your web site. Unhappy Stuart
