"I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, full of character, and beautifully maintained. Each morning started with a delicious, homemade breakfast that was both hearty and tasty — a real highlight of the stay! The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. "What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. Would highly recommend as a pit stop if driving from UK to Spain."

"We went to the Loire Valley to see the castles in the area. We traveled with our five year old and the pool at this home was a perfect way to end a day of walking and sightseeing. The location is around 25-90 minutes away from the well known chateaus of the area. Breakfast was delicious and Estelle made us feel welcome from the start."

"Great location. All city shops, restaurants and historical sites easily within walking distance. The pool and sunbeds were particularly welcome in the late afternoons on the hot days we stayed there. Fan provided in the room was a bonus (temperatures were exceptionally high)."

"If you like old towns with history and want to stay in an old coaching inn (logis de france), then stay here! It is old but cleaned very well. The restaurant (also dining room for breakfast) is beautiful. Le monsieur (owner) is a excellent chef and madame serves meals for an elegant and unhurried evening. often only 4-6 other tables dining. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved Loches and the Hotel de France!"

"Superb period property retaining a lot of original features, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Freindly staff, on site restaurant serving incredible food. Parking off site but secure, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the town where there are numerous places to dine. An excellent location and place to stay."

"We were the only people in this chateau which was nice but kind of weird. They just reopened we were told. I liked my room; the mattress was very comfortable and the fabric on the walls was very elegant. It was a little tight with the queen bed but it was fine. The bathroom was fine apart from the 1/2 circle shower which I continuously banged into while showering. Other than that it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing around this place; in the middle of nowhere. "

"Beautiful accommodation and surroundings.our boys enjoyed jumping in the swim pool after a long journey. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. We stayed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed. We went out for dinner and returned around 9.30pm and the bar area was closed. It looked lovely and would have been nice to sit and enjoy a drink."
