The staff gets a low grade because there's NO staff present. As a customer, you are SCREWED if you happen to leave behind in your room, that flimsy piece of paper that has your key code, I would choose a hotel that at least has someone present .

We spend 2 nights (Friday - Sunday). Hotel is typically occupied Monday - Friday so there is nobody at the desk. You are given a code to retrieve keys to your room via email. Room was very nice and clean ā¦ desk had a refridgerator stocked with beveragesā¦ surrounding area was very quiet ā¦ small town feel!!! Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety!!! I can highly recommend this hotel!!!
