"The themed hotel was awesome. The clean rooms, comfy beds, huge rooms, bathroom comforts and the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good selection. I did ask for a fried egg and it would have costed me an extra 8 euros, which I honestly feel is outragious. But it did not spoil my amazing tasty breakfast at all. I will most def go back to this hotel. It location was perfect. Next to Brussels midi train station. We took Flibco bus from Charleroi airport to Midi station and walked 10 minutes to hotel. We also went to Ghent and took train from midi station to Gent st peters. From this station 2 trams and you are in historic part of Ghent."

"The location is good for people arriving by train late at night or leaving early in the morning, because it is right across the street from the station. The hotel itself, rooms, staff and service were great. That being said, it is not the best location for touring Brussels. We would have preferred staying near the center area (Mannekin Pis statue near this area). The center area is busy, but it is nice to walk around to all the sights and have many stores, restaurants, cafe's within walking distance. The Ibis hotel is too close to the station, there were many people hanging out near the entrance or across the street. There were more people around the area living under poorer conditions. Walking around the hotel or down the streets nearby, at night, does not feel comfortable."

Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

"If you are using the Eurostar high speed trains and need to stay the night in Brussels, the Pullman Hotel is the best option by far. It is essentially on top of the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, and you never need to leave the building to get to it. Don't make the mistake I did and go outside with rolling suitcases. Some sadist decided to put in pavement that is next to impossible to roll anything on, but inside there are smooth floors that make it easy. I was just stayed the night with my wife, but the room was quiet, comfortable, attractive and clean. We took the first train to London and the entrance for that, along with cafes and other food establishments, were right there almost immediately outside the hotel doors. As we arrived from Germany in the evening and left first thing in the morning, we didn't see much of the neighborhood, but it didn't look like anything great. For our purposes, the Pullman Hotel was perfect."
