"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Great place in a perfect location to base off in La Spezia. Many many restaurants and shops around and it’s all walking distance. Train station is 9 mins walking which is great."

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. From the warm welcome at check-in, the comfortable bed and amazingly clean surroundings. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Also it is the perfect place to stay for getting the train and visiting cinque Terre. La spezia is also very nice to explore."

"We did not receive a check-in link for the hotel and it took us a long time to get in and they charged us for same day check-in. No live support. Also, there was no staff to refill Toilet paper and soap. Very basic accommodations. AC did work well though."

"This airbnb was perfect for a few days exploring Cinque Terre. It is so close to the train station and to great restaurants in La Spezia. Even though it is so close to the train tracks, when the windows are closed the room is quiet. The operators allowed a slightly early check in which was appreciated."
