"Hotel was basic but we were only there for a wedding so it fitted our requirements. Bathroom had a bath which was nice. Tv in the room but it didnt work as there was no signal. The location was good right next to beverly minster and 5 min walk from the town center. Hotel is a budget hotel so it fits its description. Still £50 cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Parking is on street parking and the owner gets you an online parking permit "

by the fire inside, the home is beautiful and decor is cottage feel, our host helen was always on hand and advised us of places to visit etc. We went to bondville mini village kids loved hornsea beach and filey beach kids and dogs had a lovely break before back to school.. thank you for letting us stay we will be back again thanks jake"

"The property is in a good location easy to walk into town of Beverly lots of places to eat . Fifty pubs sorry I couldn’t try them all. Parking is available at this property but it’s very tight but also safe."
