"Extremely rude staff and Managment doesn’t care. We trying to informed the management about how rude their staff are and they didn’t even bother to respond to us. They simply said “someone will get back to you”. No one did. Avoid this location as it doesn’t represent Waldorf."

"The hotel is SO charming. Beautiful attention to details with the decor. Very European vibe. Room is small, but is comfortable and has everything you need (nice extras like a soft robe). The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would stay there again when visiting the area. You also cannot beat the location."
